Community & Growth Manager

Futuur is seeking an amazing Community & Growth Manager to engage with and expand our global community of forecasters — with a focus on owning our Twitter/X presence, participating in high-signal niche communities (Substack/Twitter/Discord/Telegram), and helping us grow our influencer and affiliate programs.

The ideal candidate will have these attributes:

• excellent writer able to convey complex concepts with ease
• interest in forecasting, prediction markets and related topics
• demonstrable record of creating high quality, engaging content, in the form of writing/posting, video, or other modalities
• crypto/web3 aware enough to operate credibly in crypto-friendly circles without being a shill
• comfortable being “in the trenches” in online communities (Twitter/Discord/Telegram)
• funny and good at memes
• bonus: experience building/managing communities
• bonus: media production (video/audio) skills
• bonus: experience with AI / vibecoding

Responsibilities

• manage Futuur marketing communications across media
• maintain Futuur’s X (Twitter), Substack, Discord, and other social media accounts
• write product copy & manage communications via notifications and email
• generate & execute creative concepts to drive growth, awareness and trust
